I am starting CS50x and am wondering whether I should watch the Sections and Walkthroughs.

If you're kind of new to CS you'll realise why very quickly. You'll also find technical help (only) here and technical, practical and moral support help on the CS50 Facebook page and CS50 Slack at http://cs50x.slack.com/

  • Thanks a lot! On an unrelated note, should I do the psets with corresponding numbered weeks, or with the number + 1 like it has on the sidebar?

  • You should be fine doing the pset that's in your week each time but may find it useful to look on through the following week's content, especially as the course goes on and if you find yourself stuck on a pset.
