Apology Function CSS

Question

I changed the apology function to this:

I still almost the same thing as before- just one line missing at the bottom because it's not a p tag.

I want the apology to have red background and dark red border. I picked the colors (#FFwhatever). However it is not working.

How do I make it have the red background and dark red border?

Problem solved. I needed to add the style attribute (style="STYLE CODE").
