Could someone help me translate the following program to Scrach?

_Bool US_Citizen;

if (US_Citizen == 1)
    join spaceX;
else-if (US_Citizen == 0)
    Become an alien resident
else
    Send the cat to Mars on your own.

For some reason I am unable to insert variables into if-else statements.

Reset to default

You are going to want to drag the variable into the area where it would go in the if-else statement. Hover over that spot and get it into the right position then just let go and it should go into the if-else statement.
