I get my final project's grade today and all my problem sets are 1.0 grade. So I wonder why there does not have a link to my certificate in edX? When can I get that? Since I pretty much want to use that link on my university application. Thanks!

Certificates are not generated immediately. they are generated every once in a while by edX. you should find a link to your certificate on your edX dashboard soon.
The grades for CS50, including CS50x, are from 1 to 5, beeing 1 = Poor and 5 = Great.
So basically the 1.0 grade is equal to a D.
Perhaps you can try again to achieve the certificate. In Lecture 1 from the Week 2 Malan explains a little more about the grading processes.
