I have a Macbook Pro running OSX Yosemite Beta. I tried running my previously working version of VMware Fusion on this but it says the current operating system does not support VMware Fusion!

Can someone please post a link to a working VMWare fusion for OSX Yosemite?

Also where can I find the appliance again?

  • I hope you find an answer for this, but if not, VirtualBox is an alternative which definitely does work on Yosemite. Commented Aug 2, 2014 at 20:09
  • I'm sure it's part of vmWare's greedy policies to make users upgrade to ver.7 VirtualBox is not as smooth as vmware fusion, but it'll do the job

Just use VirtualBox. This link has all the instructions for OS X:
