So - I have encountered this problem - when I log into ide.cs50.io I can not open any files or run the terminal (the file display area and terminal are just blank grey and do not react). I am not sure what to do with that. I tried to restart my workspace and checked but nothing has changed afterwards. Best, Mateusz

There is a similar report on the cloud9 community. The poster had success turning off extensions, but is not clear about which one solved the problem. Here is the advice from cloud9

This almost sounds like it could be caused by a conflicting Chrome extension. Have a try in incognito mode with no extensions installed to see if that makes a difference. Would be helpful to see a screenshot of the errors that are showing up in the browser console.
